Nariko pre-order DLC from Best Buy (Future Shop in Canada)

We're sure you've seen Mm's blog announcement and our own PS Blog update, but with news of copies in the hands of retailers and the online servers going live, there are tons of excitement seeing copies of LBP getting in the hands of our fans.  And if you've received your early copy by pre-ordering and have voucher codes in hand to download either Nariko or Kratos & company - we've got great news for you too...

Pre-order DLC can be redeemed NOW (North America)!!!

To recap the redemption process:
Upon receiving your game, follow these instructions closely to download your new costume(s):

  1. Open an account on the PlayStation®Network (or use an existing account) on your PS3
  2. From the PlayStationNetwork icon on the Xross Media Bar, select ‘Account Management’***
  3. Enter ‘Redeem Codes’
  4. Enter promotional code. Please note that the promotional code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.

Once the promotional code has been entered correctly click continue. Once you accept the terms you will be taken to the download screen.

***NOTE: With the recent PlayStation Store updates, you can also redeem your voucher codes while in the PS Store.


And with the North American release here and Europe & Japan right around the corner, stay tuned for more announcements about other DLC goodness in the queue (including the Spacesuit) for our fans around the world.

Well, yes, bag. The game was originally to be released today but some stores got a couple early shipments and for those of whom who got those early shipments they got to play the game 2-3 days early. I got my copy on Saturday. And you do have to have the game to redeem your vouchers.

It says theirs free thing on the PSN in game right now but there is nothing there yet...

With the gamestop codes you are supposed to get a GoW level also...

Frown i want a code. i bought a reserve card at TARGET and when i went there today, they said they wont be selling the game till NOVEMBER 7TH. i was like, ***?! so i went straight to gamestop and bought the game there THE SAME DAY. i should go to target and show them i bought the game already and i dont have to wait 2 more weeks. does anyone knwo if there will be any codes with Target? thats the last time i'm reserving with Target.

Is there any plan to have a site where people can request & vote for LBP gadgets? I'd very much like a "Random Switch" that when triggered would enable/disable a random connected device. This would allow for things like point bubble slot machines :-D

Carloh the game is already out and I'm pertty sure there isn't going to be a demon because the game was scheduled to come out today although some people got their copies a little early.

no theres a plain brown sackboy with my character (so 2 sackboys) in every level i go to hes no ghost its like im playing online with someone who doesnt have a controller constently, even in story mode when i choose to play by myself

Best Buy just denied me a copy of the game. They said they were not allowed to sell it to me until tomorrow. No matter who I spoke to or how much I argued, they flat out refused to sell me my reserved copy. Their loss since I cancelled my preorder. I'll see if Target has any when I go home today.

Well that is great news for you guys. I had a preorder in at EbGames, went there on Saturday after getting the phone call that the game was ready. When I get there the manager tells me i did not get a call, that i am making things up. Then he proceeds to tell me no one in the USA will have the game until Oct 28. I told him i know of tons of people playing it, and he proceeds to tell me i am a liar. So I had him refund my entire preorder which was paid in full, and I went to gamecrazy and purchased Copy! - So no code for me Frown Wish they would have gave me code when I did the preorder, instead they told me I would get it with the game. I can't believe the Customer Service, or lack there of. - sorry for the long comment I had to vent that!

I had tried to redeem my GameStop codes on Saturday, but it says that it's either an error or invalid. I had called GameStop on Sunday, and they had told me that the codes can't be redeemed until Tuesday.

Just a few hours ago, I had tired to redeem the codes again and they still doesn't work. And now i just read this article that we can redeem them now. Has anyone else have been having trouble redeeming the codes (specifically from GameStop) recently??

Downloaded my Kratos stuff, but now I can't seem to progress any more in the game. I am on the second level of the island section, and have played through it twice now, and it still shows me as having zero percent collection.
