In a world of public apologies, consider this my big fat sack-sized “I’m Sorry!”.

As some of you noted on your comments, the LBP Valentines pack is actually priced at $2.99 despite my post where it was stated as free. I welcome everyone now at this point to send me a “SACKBOY SLAP” via comments. I deserve it.

Don’t worry, we have tons of Free LBP DLC coming down the line so look for those announcements soon.

(hopefully I won’t have to put my foot inside my mouth again.)

Hey, just for the sake of completing the circle of confusion, you should update the previous post so that as a stand alone entry it says the same information.

Maybe a simple strike thru across the word "free".

Anyway, I was really hoping for it to be free. Oh well. But, you should make it like the Holiday Pack, where the costume is free ( Santa ) and the materials & objects ( Sleigh, Wrapping Paper, Reindeer, Candy Cane Jets, etc. ) are not. That way, everyone wins! Smile Well, sort of. Tong

When are the next level packs going to be out?? I can't wait! Do you have some info? PLEASE, PLEASE TELL US!!!!! It's like torture! Could you post an extended calendar of all patches and DLC through at least June?????? That will be great, thanks MM! Smile

I just need the Edam update so i can get this saving bug away, although hopefully it actually works, because i bought the GoW minotaur/medusa pack, so that just adds to more space in my popit... Btw, don't tell me to delete pictures and what not, everyone tells me that, i already tried deleting EVERYTHING i had, including levels, and it changed nothing, everything came back into my popit, online level stayed deleted, but the level came back onto my moon.

Btw, to KGameLover1, i don't approve of the calender idea, because then nothing will be a surprise, i'd get bored of the DLC once i buy it if i already knew about it weeks/months before.

Ya, Its just one of those things that, its nice to be surprised. But it is nice to get hints about what may come or may not come. Then to get info on the DLC, days before download.

Some things are nice to know way before it comes out is the new tools that are coming. Its going to be grate.

I do hate the thing that says: "Your profile cannot be saved because it is too large. Try deleting unwanted items from My Pictures, My Objects, My Costumes or My Levels." Why should I? I deleted a lot of online stuff that I got on other levels and my own that I need for my levels. Its a game that lets you create cool and out of this world stuff. Its what daydreamers dream about all day and there is no limit to your imagination. Right? Patch the size limit to 5GB-10GB, Mm. Thanks! ! !

All will be forgiven as long as we get new DLC next week and dont try to pass along the excuse that Pipo and Toro were released early! I think we should boycott this DLC. In real life business you just can't say it's free than make people pay for it. Many wouldn't stand for it so nor should we. If they keep charging for DLC it will cost more to get them all than the game itself.

@lbb1979 - People have made price mistakes before. It's not as if they released the DLC labeled it 'free' then when we tried to download it tried to grab out dollars from us. Prices are subject to change. That's always active when dealing in ANY form of goods.

@Topic - I don't mind at all. I enjoy supporting you guys further, you deserve it. You work very hard and LBP is the 2nd best game I've EVER played. Ever. And I'll gladly buy stuff from the LBP store. So long as you continue to put out free stuff as well. Which you have been doing.

Which only furthers my admiration for you guys at MM.

OH well, everyone makes mistakes. I have to pull out 20$ to get that PSN card and I'm living. By the by, that is all for my money, cuz I earn all my own money, through jobs. I can understand the disapointment, but everyone makes mistakes, it's only human.

oh my god, ok I know this is off topic. Can the people at Media Molecule PLEASE release a patch that lets your profile be as big as you want it to be? I hate the stupid message popping up and killing me in the middle of levels, and interrupting creation every minute. If we all have Playstation 3's with gigabytes of free space remaining, why can't we have as much space as we want to save stuff? I thought the Playstation 3 'had no bounds' with games because of massive space on the system. Please fix this, Media Molecule.

Otherwise, keep up the awesome work! Can't wait to see what's going to be in LittleBigPlanet 2!

Its to help support Mm and to help pay for them to stay in business and to continue making more cool stuff.

$2.99 come on that's not that bad at all. Just pay for it or don't. If your a fan of LittleBigPlanet, then you would not care if you have to pay for something that's a ADD-ON. They do give out free stuff some times. That fare to me ! ! !

Actually, Seelmage_Inc, MM has confirmed ( in a Game Informer exclusive ) that LittleBigPlanet 2 is under dev already. Plus, they get 3 other titles from Sony, which will all be new franchises. Can't wait Smile

I expected the Valentine's pack to cost money, since it was quoted as such when it was first announced, plus the Festive pack cost money, so why should that be a surprise.

I'm disappointed that I can no longer save after downloading the new content though. I thought the official stuff didn't count towards profile size. Guess not, huh?

I guarantee they will make a St. Patricks Day Pack. Remember they only gave us the DLC for up to February 19, 2009! So they will be having a lot more stuff!! I hope they release new DLC every week until Summer! They had a month off already non stop DLC will be awesome keep it up!! Gaurantee you February 26 the killzone pack comes out the only week in February where they dont have DLC is next week because they released Toro and Pipo early fix that. Give us an awesome suprise next week either Cupid, Steelers Costume to celebrate the world Champs!!! I would be forever indebted to you if you made a Steeler Costume!!! Tong

dangit! I want to buy this pack but the tax puts it up to 3.36, and i have 3.28 in my wallet... and 1.50$ on my credit card (gift card type)... and the minimum funds you can add on psn is $5.00... so im pretty much tied up right now... 8 cents off the pack and i cant add the rest of the $1.50 on psn cuz minimum is $5.00...

To ANENE, people would get insulted if their level wasn't seen as "good". People would also get jealous because their levels isn't played by many people because the popular levels already out there were made very early rather than new levels these days which have somewhat a dificult time getting up to popular

The people who created little big planet, they should fix the popular levels list because there are some levels that arn't even good, but because they were the only levels they got popular. To me, to go to the popular list they should have a special rating line for the creators of little big planet. If we have the time and money to buy the game then they should have the time to rate our levels.

Yes but their time is to make us happy, but giving us endless DLC, and fixing the glitchs that we all complain about, i rate all levels 5 stars because i know i get insulted when i get a bad rating just because somebody didnt know how to stay on the outside part of the floor rather than the inside and dieing 8 times in a row. In my level, all you have to do is stay on outside part of the ground and you jump of a log of fire, ppl always run into log of fire and die... therefore giving me endless 1 star comments and saying my level is too hard... I just drifted off from our topic but all i care about right now is the upcoming patch "Edam" so this dang saving glitch goes away. (Once again, no1 tell me to delete community stuff, i deleted everything i got, including levels, and it all came back, it doesnt work.)

I don't know about the rest of you, but all of my comments and the comments I have seen probably haven't even been considered. Mm doesn't seem to either read comments or consider fan's ideas. Dozens of people have asked for something to improve the save glitch, which I also now have. IF somebody working with Mm does read this, I just think Mm should get some people to read others. If they already do then tell us, because fans have no idea if they aren't responded to. And maybe respond with some actual.....oh yeah REASONS.

I would like to know what exactly comes in the packs...not that 3 bucks is a huge deal, but if 99% of it is stuff that I'll never use then I don't wanna waste my money on it. I'm sure I can dig the information up online, but it would be nice to be able to get a list here.

The only problem I have with the pack is that like the festive pack, you can't use the decorations and stickers in someone else's game unless they have them too, that is a little annoying for me (it also makes me wonder what will happen if someone tries to join a game using a costume with those decorations on them when the host doesn't have them)

Wow, if this was a retail store like Kmart or Walmart, you would have to honor your free price statement.... well at that's what bitchy ladies believe that shop there and haggle over a 5 cent price difference....

Now, how can I get the Halloween (Astronaut & Pumpkin Head) & Thanksgiving (Turkey Head) 2008 DLC? I didn't get a ps3 & LBP until X-mas2008.I would be willing to pay for it.

You guys should put a 'limited-time only' warning on your DLC in the PS Store because I checked the Valentines Day Mini-Pack in the store the day it came out and saw no time warning. Now it's "gone forever" and I feel really sad for missing out on it...

Mind you, I've collected every peice of DLC so far... I love LBP. :,(

I know!!! i missed it too!! and i really need the angel wing decoration for one of my costumes so now i have to use the pipe decorations and that dosent look good...
BTW when the post that said this is the last day to get the valentines pack, i checked the date of the post and it was the same day of that day i checked, so i checked lbp and it wasnt there!!!!!! =(
